Quality Assurance
Cholayilcare group currently manufactures quality products in the Toiletries, Personal and Health Care segments. Cholayilcare has a team of professionally qualified and trained personal to monitor and maintain strict quality norms during each stage of production. Cholayilcare follows effective and efficient quality processes in its production processes at par with international standards. The manufacturing units of the group are accredited with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification.
Research and Development centre
Cholayilcare has an R & D centre, for research on health care products that meet international standards. The facilities include an advanced Chemistry, Instrument, Development and Analytical Lab with a well-equipped Library and administrative office. Cholayilcare R & D centre has a team of dedicated scientists and ayurvedic physicians who carry out research in ayurvedic and other health products.
- Development of innovative processes for manufacture of conventional ayurvedic formulations using scientific methods.
- Conducting of clinical & customer evaluation studies in collaboration with Premier Academic and Research Institution to validate products.
- Improvement on exiting product standards in-order to meet the national and international customers’ expectations / aspirations.
- Evaluation of the product performance and analysis of relationship between ayurvedic active contents and latest scientific methods.
New Products
Cholayilcare has in the pipe line a slew of new products in the pharma, Cosmetics, Skin, Oral and Hair Care segments. The products are under various phases of R&D and are showing exceptionally astounding results even in its trial stages.
Analytical and testing Services
Cholayilcare provides analytical testing facilities for ayurvedic raw drugs, intermediates and finished products based on principle of API, HPI and WHO.
Cholayilcare Herbal Garden
In keeping with its commitment to Ayurveda and health the Cholayilcare Group has an exclusive herbal garden attached to Cholayil Herbal farm, which acts as a feeding centre for its R & D and for manufacturing activities. Cholayilcare’s farm is spread across almost 40 acres enriched with fertile soil and water resources fostering rare medicinal plants, herbs and ornamental species. The farm is located at Vengal around 80 KM from Chennai Airport. The farm serves as a haven for research scholars and academicians let alone being a liked location for nature admirers.
